Using your account
Sign in to see your order history, pay invoices online, download PDF invoices, pull account statements, and keep your contact info up to date.
1. Sign in to your account
Click Account in the top right of our homepage, then click Sign in on the welcome page.
Enter the email address we have on file for your account and click Continue. We'll send a one-time code to that email so you can finish signing in.
2. See your orders and open balance
The Orders page lists your full order history along with any outstanding invoices.
If your account has a balance owing, it shows in the top right under Open balance.
3. Open an order to see the details
Click an order number to view its line items, totals, shipping, and current status.
4. Pay an invoice online
Scroll to the bottom of the order and click Pay now. You'll be taken to a secure checkout to enter card details for that specific invoice.

5. Print or download a PDF invoice
On the order detail page, click Print invoice in the top right. From there you can print, or use your browser's print dialog to save as a PDF.
6. View your account statements
Click Statements in the left sidebar for a statement of all outstanding invoices on your account.
Each invoice number on the statement is clickable to open that order, and the statement itself can be printed or saved as a PDF.
7. Update your profile
Click Profile in the left sidebar to see your account name and number, contact information, and address.
You can edit your name, phone number, and addresses from here.
