Q: How can I ensure my preorder arrives on time?

A: Preorders are guaranteed to arrive, at the latest, during the week leading up to Palm Sunday (April 13, 2025), ensuring you have everything you need for your celebrations!

Q: When do pickups start for palms?

A: Pickups will begin as soon as the palms arrive (ETA Early March). We recommend leaving them with us, as we have an industrial palm cooler to ensure they remain fresh until closer to Palm Sunday. Our website will indicate when pickups start, and we will also send an email and call to remind customers if needed.

Q: What happens if I don’t pick up my palms by the deadline?

A: Palms not picked up by Wednesday, April 9, 2025 (the Wednesday before Palm Sunday), will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis so they don't go to waste.

Q: Can I repeat my order from last year?

A: Yes! If you placed an order last year, you can contact us to confirm that you want the same quantities and varieties, and we will make them available for you this year.

Q: When will palms be shipped to ensure freshness?

A: We strive to balance keeping the palms fresh in our industrial cooler for as long as possible while ensuring they arrive on time for Palm Sunday, which is on April 13th. Far shipping orders will be sent out by the week of March 24th, while normal shipping will begin the week of March 31st.

Q: When is the deadline for preorders?

A: We would appreciate if preorders are submitted by the end of January; however, we will accept them until February 15, 2025. After February 15, preorders will end, and we will move to processing orders on a case-by-case basis.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my preorder?

A: We kindly ask that if necessary you modify or cancel your preorder by February 15, 2025. fter this date, we would greatly appreciate it if you keep your order to help us avoid any palm waste.
